MEETING REGISTRATION

The registration and invoice documents for TCFS fall 2026 will be disseminated to the faculty leadership of each institution via email over the summer.

At the spring 2025 meeting, members voted to increase individual registration and institutional fees to a tiered system to be determined by the Executive Board. In early July 2025, the Board chose not to change the fall and spring meeting fee structure, as institutions were adjusting to comply with SB 37. The 2025-26 registration fees remained at $75 per attendee per meeting. The Executive Board will review the fee and determine if it will remain at $75 in 2026-27. The fee covers most event hosting costs for TCFS.

The fall meeting is at the Embassy Suites Austin Central, 5901 N Interstate Hwy 35, Austin, TX 78723.
REGISTRATION CUT-OFF DATE: In order for attendees to receive the Group rate, reservations must be received no later than September 10, 2026 (“Cut-Off Date”). At the Cut-Off Date the Hotel will release any unreserved rooms into the general sale and will determine whether it will accept additional reservations at the group rate.

DUES

The annual membership fee will remain at $400 for the 2025-26 academic year and entitles each faculty governance organization to two voting representatives at the spring and fall meetings, but there is no limit to the number of representatives who may attend from any given institution. You can pay by check or PayPal. The invoice for the 2025-26 annual dues was distributed via email to the leadership of each institution’s Faculty Senate on July 16. If your Faculty Senate did not receive the form, please contact Debbie Roberts.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

There are two types of fees collected by TCFS:

  1. Annual dues of four hundred dollars ($400) per academic year (2025-2026).
  2. Registration fee for each of the meetings of the organization. This fee is seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per attendee for the fall meeting.
